11. What happens if I am involved in an accident?
    Your rental contract is accompanied by an information leaflet concerning what actions you must take if you are involved in an accident.
    
12. Can an additional driver be included in the rental?
    There can be one additional driver, without any charge,who must have all the required, legal credentials.
    
13. What is the procedure for making reservations?
    Simply fill in the fields in the online reservation form. Chose the car you desire from the list of available models. Complete your details in the corresponding form. You will then be connected to the interbanking organization, so that you can enter the details of your credit card safely, and be charged the amount of the deposit. Once this procedure has been completed, you will receive a receipt from the bank.
    
14. What is the procedure for extending my rental period?
    To extend your rental period, you should send an e-mail so we can respond with a special offer.
    
15. What is the minimum rental period?

16. What time are rental cars delivered and collected?

    The renter is fully responsible for all fines due to traffic violations.

    Plus Kefalonia Rent a Car offers you the opportunity to proceed with your bookings immediately and securely. To complete the booking procedure, you will be connected to an interbanking organization to enter your credit card details. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
    
22. If the rental car is returned or collected prior to the end of the scheduled rental period, am I charged the full amount?
    Of course not. You will be charged for the days you used the rental car, according to the rates that are valid during the period you rented it.
