Driver Age limits 23 y/o for car groups Α, A1, Β, and 25 y/o to 75 y/o for all other car groups.
Under the Age limits: insurance for drivers 21 & 22 y/o, for car groups A, A1, B, and 23 & 24 y/o for car groups C to J.
Over Age limits: available insurance for drivers aged between 76 y/o to 80 y/o maximum for all car groups, with a proportionate excess liability of 890€ excluding VAT. You can add these insurance options from our Available Extras during the booking process.
Rental insurance: Full insurance and Collision Damage Waiver with excess liability – Theft Protection – Personal Accident Insurance up to 1.000.000 euros – Third-party liability for death, injury, and material damages up to 1.000.000 euros, taxes & VAT.
Full Insurance – Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver is Included in the price of the rental and carries an excess of €550 for car groups A, A1, B, €650 for car groups C – C1, and €790 for all other groups excluding VAT, payable by the renter, to cover any damage to the car during the rental and days may be out of service. The company will require a deposit of the excess amount on the car collection
SUPER Collision Damage Waiver – ZERO EXCESS liability
Super Collision Damage Waiver is an additional insurance that reduces the excess liability to ZERO and covers damages to wheels, tires, glass surfaces, and mirrors, provided that Greek traffic laws are followed and a police report is obtained. You can Add This insurance from our Available Extras through the booking procedure. Available only for drivers 25 y/o up to 75 y/o max.
ZERO EXCESS INSURANCE EXCEPTIONS
Zero excess insurance does NOT cover accidents/damages by unauthorized drivers, driving on non-asphalt roads, the wrong side of the road, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It does NOT cover damage to the car’s underside, reckless driving (e.g. reversing into stationary objects, fast driving in the rain), loss or damage to the key and car interior. Therefore, a security deposit is required. An administration fee of €75 plus tax applies to any accident or incident. Insurance coverage is valid only within Kefalonia and Ithaca.
A cleaning fee of €100 applies for extreme dirtiness, smoking in the car, and wet seats.
Additional Drivers: The daily charge for the first, second, or third additional driver is €4.95 per driver. All drivers must accept the same terms and conditions as the main driver.
Get a car out of office hours: on request with €35 per way between 21:00 – 23:00 hours, and €50 per way between 23:00 – 08:45.Office Hours (09:00 – 21:00)
Gasoline: same to same. No refunds are given for excess fuel left in the vehicle or early return.
Baby and Booster seats are available to book through the booking procedure and cost €4.95 per day. It is the customer’s responsibility to attach baby seats.
Taxes & VAT 24%: Included in the rental price. – Luggage Racks, GPS & Snow Chains: Not provided
Traffic Violations – Fines: Traffic fines are the renters’ responsibility and will be charged to their credit card.
Cancellation policy: We refund the deposit by canceling your booking 2 weeks before your pick-up. A fee of 15 euros applies to cover bank expenses (commission).
Rental Car Brands & Models: Bookings are made by car group and not by model, the company can provide a higher group than the booked one at the same price. Baggage placement is the customer’s responsibility. The company cannot be held liable for damage to baggage or if they don’t fit in the car.
Booking cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel the online booking up to 24 hours after the deposit is paid and refund all the money back, if there is a problem with the availability. With the reservation, the renter states that read and accept the above terms.
Rental Security deposit: It is required that the renter is a credit card holder to cover the excess amount to proceed with the car rental. If you don’t have a credit card you can still rent with us, by leaving the security deposit in cash on the car collection, and only for the car groups of A, A1, B, C, and C1. The preauthorization deposit on the credit card will be released after 2 weeks and on the debit card after 4-5 weeks, depending on the customer’s debit card bank.
The company reserves the right to decline service to any customer whose behavior is deemed, inappropriate or disrespectful. The company reserves the right to amend the rates or terms and conditions at any time.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons cannot be combined. Only one offer may be applied per rental transaction.
